More Than a Retreat.
A Reset in Practice.
With nature as our backdrop, each aNAK experience blends creative practice, movement, mindfulness, and real conversation with people who are serious about their work and intentional about how they live.

Who It's For
aNAK is for people building something real across disciplines and mediums.
Our first gathering welcomed DJs, photographers, filmmakers, movement artists, dancers, writers, designers, and entrepreneurs. People shaping culture in their own lanes.
If you feel called to create something bigger than yourself, you belong here.
The Experience
aNAK follows a deliberate flow that supports the whole creative self. We begin in the body, create space for reflection, make time to build, and share it all in community.

Mindfulness & Grounding
Daily mindfulness and meditation rituals help regulate the nervous system and bring you into presence. We begin here each day so the creative work that follows feels clearer and more intentional.

Movement in Nature
Time outdoors grounds the experience, from a culminating group hike to simply sitting in stillness touching grass and hugging trees. We let nature do what it does best: regulate, reframe, and remind you what matters.

Creative Practice
Hands-on workshops and facilitated discussions create space to experiment across disciplines and examine your work with honesty. The focus here is reflection, refinement, play, and reconnecting with your inner "anak."

Shared Table & Community
The group comes together over chef-led meals, around the campfire, and in conversation. The food tells a story. So do the people.
What a Day Feels Like
Mornings begin on your own time. Some go for a walk or run on the nature trails. Some journal. Some have coffee outside.
A chef-made breakfast brings everyone together before the day formally begins.
From there, we ground. Daily mindfulness practice anchors the group to settle the nervous system and sharpen focus before the creative work unfolds.
Midday moves into hands-on workshops and facilitated dialogue that challenge your thinking and push the work forward.
Evenings gather around chef-led meals and the campfire.
Good food. Storytelling. Real talk. Time that doesn’t feel rushed.
There’s structure to the day, but expansiveness inside it.

What You'll Leave With
Clarity.
Momentum.
A fresh lens on your work.
A spark you can feel.
People you’ll stay connected to.
And a deeper understanding of why you started.
